So you've got a fancy new coffee pour-over.  You unbox it, grab some coffee, and brew that first, delicious, decadent cup.  Oh wait, that's not how it goes.  You brew that first, bitter, soulless and hollow cup and wonder, "What the heck?!"  This is definitely NOT what it tastes like at the shop.

Well, good news for you, we're here to help you have good coffee when you're out AND good coffee when you're in!  In this installment of Coffee Craft, we'll teach you how to get better coffee out of your Chemex.

The class is hands-on, and you will be drinking a lot of coffee.  Just so you know.  $10 for the evening, and that includes all of the coffee you will brew.
