More than just appreciating the diverse world of flavors that is coffee, we respect the hard work and diligence of our roasters, importers, processors, and farmers. Many of them have devoted their life's work to bringing the highest level of excellence to the table. As baristas and coffee professionals, we see ourselves as stewards of their passion and strive each day to let their achievement shine through; we are the last line of representatives, and our desire is for our patrons to enjoy the coffee as it was meant to be.
The beauty of taste is the inherent nature of the uniquely personal experience. One size doesn't fit all. Although taste preference is quite subjective, we believe excellence is not. True excellence in coffee roasting is found in letting the coffee be what it is. What we mean is this: the climate, the soil, the elevation, the varietal, the terroir, all create the flavor of the coffee. Not the barista. Not the roaster. Our duty is to unlock what is already present.

We have tried many coffees and brought you two partner roasters who consistently achieve that elusive excellence, who regularly present coffees in the best way possible. We are proud to brew and serve Populace Coffee (Bay City, MI) and Thankfully Coffee (Auburn, AL).
Even moreso than simply roasting coffee well, both of our partner roasters operate with an abundance of honesty, integrity, and transparency. We couldn't ask for higher quality partners in the industry.

Batch Brew - Single origin or blend monthly selection, batch brewed, served until 11 AM
Pour-over - Single origin selections, weekly roration, Chemex brewed, regular size only, please allow 10-15 minutes
Cafe au Lait - Coffee and steamed milk
Rocket City - Coffee and espresso
Cold Brew - Cold brewed coffee, smooth and low acidity, served iced
Espresso (2 oz) - pure espresso
Macchiato (2 oz) - espresso with a touch of steamed milk
Cortado (4 0z) - equal parts espresso and steamed milk
Cappuccino (6 oz) - equal parts of espresso steamed milk and milk foam
Flat White (6 oz) - one part espresso and two parts steamed milk
Americano - espresso and hot water

In keeping with our tradition of excellence, we only serve the best pastries and delights. All of our baking is done from scratch onsite in our own kitchen, and we bake fresh each morning. Bright and early? No. Dark and early.

Yes, the homegrown favorite, Piper and Leaf, can be found here too! We are so happy to support a fellow local business and serve some delightful teas along the way.
We refill Quart and Pint jars (or a pint sized plastic cup if the jar is at home), and we also carry essential bags. Selections rotate seasonally, but you can always count on some good ole Front Porch Special.
In addition to local tea, we carry a selection of teas from Rishi. Offerings are a bit more traditional, and limited loose-leaf teas are also available.
And of course, we have a home-brewed Masala Chai.
